Instructions Pat your favorite fillets with paper towels and cut into "fingers". Prepare a non-stick frying pan over a high flame, and pour in 1" of oil for frying. Add your fillets to the beer batter, toss to cover, then deep fry. It is very important to use a non-stick frying pan. When browned on the bottom side, carefully turn over and fry well. Drain on paper towels, and serve with french fries and mayo relish. |
