Instructions Line cake pan with cooking bag ( split opened ). Prepare jello and pour into the cake pan. Chill until firm, remove the coking bag with the jello in it and store in refrigerator until cake is done. Cake; Mix eggs, sugar, oil, lemon zest and juice together in a bowl with an electric mixer for 3 minutes until frothy. Sift in flour, salt, and baking powder while alternating with the milk. Grease a cake pan with oil ( or use cooking spray
). NOTES; Can be served with fresh fruit, also. YUM-O it's JELL-O! |
