Orange Sunrise Cake

Instructions

Mix eggs, sugar, oil, and orange zest together in a bowl with an electric mixer for 3 minutes until frothy.

Sift in flour, salt, and baking powder while alternating with the orange juice.

Grease a cake pan with oil ( or use cooking spray ).

Bake at 160 C ( 320 F ) until the cake springs back and is light golden brown. Cool and serve with whipped cream ( add a little orange zest to the whipped cream ).
