Wild Berry Sauce

Ingredients

3 C frozen wild berries
1 C sugar
1 C water
1 T + 1 t corn flour
1 t  brandy

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Mix well and bring to a simmer. Continue to simmer until the liquid isn't cloudy anymore. Turn heat off.

Serve warm or cold over ice-cream, sour cream pound cakes, vanilla pudding, or with cheese cakes.
