I've been looking for the recipe for Zeppoli,but what I really needed is the recipe for le Pettole. I have not tried the recipe yet however, the picture of the dough looks just the way my Mom's dough looked like.

Just found your email with your website a few minutes ago.  Wondered if  you got my email in October!!!
Now I have to read your recipes and try them.
I made Biscotti today for Kathy's office people and cinnamon rolls for whoever comes to the door tomorrow.
We are expecting ulta-nasty weather tonight so got ingredients for more cooking.  Have bean soup ready to go tomorrow.
I'm doing well...have to take lots of pancreatic enzymes and insulin as I am totally devoid of pancreas and spleen and parts of other organs; happy however for the ways I can deal with it.

I get such a warm feeling from this site and I can almost smell the aroma a fresh food cooking in your kitchen! You've created an ambiance and a feel that is so homey and inviting - I find myself stopping back just to get a "taste" of that feeling before heading up to bed.
